Order Cancellations

Yes, only if your order has not been fulfilled and shipped. Once your order is marked as fulfilled, you may not cancel.

 

Returns Policy

If the package has been opened/used, we do not accept returns. However, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please reach out to us at support@epielle.com within 7 days of your purchase. 

Returns of unused, sealed products that are in the original packaging will only be accepted for a full refund. 

 

Refunds: 

In order to receive a full refund, products that have been purchased within the last 30 days, must be sent back to us in its original packaging, unopened. 

 

Items that are non-returnable 

-Items that were purchased through a different website other than tinkleusa.com

-Items that have been used, opened, or tampered with. 

- Hygiene Products

- Items removed from original packaging

 

If you have received a damaged item, please reach us at support@epielle.com. Our customer service team will be happy to assist you to come up with a solution with your purchase. For any damages during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of purchase. Please be sure to include a copy of your purchase order sheet, or we will not be able to process your exchange. 

 

If orders have been marked as delivered, you are ineligible to receive a full refund unless your order has been damaged via shipping or if you have received the wrong order. 


I purchased your items through a reseller. Now what?

Because we are unable to control how our items are handled through third party sellers, please consult the customer service team of the retailer where you made your purchase. We will only issue refunds purchased through our website.
